How We Work:

Initial consultation: a designer comes to your home, discusses your remodel goals, provides low, medium, high ballpark estimates of your project’s potential cost, complementary service

Follow up: we provide client referral lists so you talk directly to our clients about their experience with Drury Design; plus national reports on the return on investment for a remodel project specific to our area.

Design retainer: when you decide to hire Drury Design as your kitchen or bath design & remodeling firm, we ask for a retainer to begin the design process, which in most cases, is applicable toward your material purchase.

Design Process:
A. Client-focused design: our extensive questionnaire helps us discover your lifestyle needs and design goals, ensuring the end result is perfect for you.
B. Floor plans: your designer will draw up to four different floor plan options and discuss which elements of each work best for you for your final plan.
C. Elevations & preliminary pricing: we show you details of each wall elevation and features such as glass doors, open display areas, and cabinetry style; preliminary material & labor prices are reviewed and revised as needed.
D. Final approval: Plans, materials, and pricing are all finalized to your satisfaction; the contract is signed, your project is scheduled with the installer, and materials are ordered. -
Installation:
A. We have several crews that have been working exclusively for us for more than 20 years.
B. Our installers will stay on your project until the work is complete before moving on to the next job.
C. Drury Design provides a day-to-day schedule of work to be done on your project and we finish on time or early about 90% of the time. -

A. Single point of contact: you have one person to deal with at Drury Design for all your needs to be addressed, from the design process through installation and warranty.
B. Material selections: we offer several lines of cabinetry plus a variety of countertop surfaces, appliances, lighting, backsplash, and flooring options, all covering a range of budgets.
